Abike Wesey is a qualified career practitioner and career counsellor. A Senior Human Resource Executive with good track record across various companies in Nigeria and Kenya, she has over 25 years of combined experience working with experienced professionals in consulting, manufacturing, financial and technology sectors. She has been involved in talent sourcing and placement, career management, learning and development, developing succession planning, drafting and updating policies and procedures, talent management, and development of Job descriptions.

She is driven by passion to inspire and support those who are seeking more satisfaction and meaning in their working lives and life generally.

A trained life coach with New Skills Academy and Member of Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (Canada) and Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel  Management (United Kingdom) with a Masters degree in Education,  Abike has experience in career development, career transition and corporate outplacement and has worked with a variety of clients including executives, middle managers and young graduates. 

Abike can assist those who are making career transitions following a career that has been interrupted, whether due to age/injury/contract cessation, as well as assisting with the shock of redundancy and finding a new role or changing career. She also helps those who are looking for “something more” and want to voluntarily change career.
